Melissa Tran, B.Ed.
Owner, Program Director
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. She brings over 16 years of teaching experience, working with students from Kindergarten through Grade 4, including children with special needs and English Language Learners.
As Program Director Melissa provides curriculum leadership, mentors staff, and oversees program planning to support a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for young children.
Melanie Crist, B.A.
Owner, Administrative Director
Melanie is the Administrative Director at Pre-Kindergarten Educational Services, overseeing all operations.
Driven by a passion for growth and inclusivity as well as a background in Performing Arts and Entertainment Administration, Melanie transitioned into early childhood education to make a meaningful impact.
She holds an honours degree in Art History and values lifelong learning, creativity, and collaboration in her work.
Marie Hebert, ECE
Assistant Director (Family Partnerships & Operations)
With over 40 years of experience supporting the development of young children, Marie holds a major in Early Childhood Education from Mount Royal University and has worked in a wide range of roles within the field, giving her a comprehensive understanding of classroom practice and program operations.
Marie is deeply committed to quality care, educator mentorship, and lifelong learning. Her compassionate, research-informed approach reflects both her professional expertise and her perspective as a parent, ensuring nurturing and enriching environments for every child in her care.
