SPRING SESSION 2024

Welcome back after Spring Break!

Please read through for a few details on what is in store for children in our Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten Enhancement, and Out of School Care programs.

WHAT’S IN STORE

Spring has sprung! This school year is just flying by.

We have a fun Spring Session planned as we look forward to warmer weather and getting outside more. Students will be learning about Spring, nature, insects and life cycles throughout April and May. We will end off the year with a fun Summer Olympics theme in June.

Our Kindergarten Enhancement students will embark on a trip to Safety City to learn the rules of the road, while our Pre-K students will visit the farm! Some of our locations will also be taking a walking trip to their local library.

We have a few in-class visitors we are looking forward to hosting as well, including a Number Farm workshop for our Kindergarten Enhancement students (put on by Teacher’s Pet), our second visit from The Alex Dental Program for some of our locations, and a very special visit from Christopher Cool the magician to celebrate the end of our school year. We can’t wait for all the fun we’re going to have this Spring! 

Out of School Care programs will have an end of the year hot dog fun lunch— watch your June newsletter for more details.

There are 2 remaining PD days this school year: April 19 and May 17. For children enrolled in OSC-PD Day Care, the hours of operation are 7:30am-5:30pm as usual.

  • February 15 & 16 - Teacher’s Convention: Camp offered

  • February 19 - Family Day: Program Closed

  • March 22 - PD Day: OSC offered (7:30 - 5:30)

  • March 23 - April 1 - Spring Break: Camp offered TBD

Registration for September 2024 - June 2025 opens in February 2024.
